Very professional and kind staff.
I have been dealing with Dow Credit Union for several year now. I don't know what their secret is for training their staff in customer service but it excels every other financial institution I deal with. Well Done Dow Credit Union.
I just used my ATM card to withdraw $100 from this Antioch branch and one of the $20 bills that the machine delivered was slightly smaller than any standard $20 bill. I had a strange feeling and immediately went into the branch and explained what happened to a teller, a husky lady with curly hair. I will start off by saying that I worked at Redwood Credit Union about 20 years ago. It is incredible how things have changed. I wanted to refinance my vehicle and decided to go with a credit union since my husband did his with Patelco CU. I decided to do mine with Dow Credit Union since is closer to my house.
