The best service I ever receive totally happy Antioch branch rock
Someone took out many fraudulently out of our account and it still hasn't been solved and it's been almost 2 weeks and then the CE goes on vacation without calling us back which we've been calling and asking you for for them to call us back and still no call back from them. Very unhappy with th CEO of the bank. Maybe the should allow Jesse to do the CEO job because Jesse is very Helpful,nice, and caring!
Pretty much professional customer service , not to happy I was denied credit , where as I had been approved from other lenders , I had two late during the Covid , but been on time payments the debt ratio is incorrect from what she mentioned , , I explained to her my my monthly , all she said is I should had put on the application
I love walking into this location and being greeted by Jessie. He is always professional, efficient and courteous. Always a 5 star experience!
