Have always had a great experience here with Dr Lindsey Filbeck. It's easy to get appointments. They follow up and handle insurance easily.
Disappointed at the changes the past couple of years. I really like the new Dr, but the staff is not great. Appointments get moved, there seems to be very little empathy for the inconvenience created by their poor scheduling. If you need to cancel someone's appointment, they should be prioritized to get in ASAP vs push them out weeks. We were sold on a model that would allow us to be seen and not have to go to urgent care. Now the staff is moving appointments and telling you to go to urgent care. Something is wrong.
