Terrible customer service. I purchased a set of bedside tables and the colour of the rattan webbing is completely different to the advertised set online. Whilst I appreciate there is some colour variation due to a difference in monitors ( as stated on their website) on this occasion I don’t believe this to be the case. Great product - what I saw was what I got - and professional throughout. The delivery guys even helped me get rid of the old lounge ( but I can’t guarantee that). Highly recommended.
I live in Melbourne and I ordered five pieces of furniture. Dealing with Dovetailed and Doublestitched was amazing. What a great experience. They were nothing short of great. The five pieces of furniture (2 x ottomans , 2 x leather chairs and a white couch), were exactly as described and looked exactly like the photos ,absolutely beautiful pieces. Would buy from them again….. just thinking what else I’d like 🥰
