While no bank or credit union is perfect, on the whole I have received good service. I do believe all employees, old and new, need more training. They should be able to suggest better ways to save or direct a member to someone who had more knowledge. My wife contributed to the union on my urging. She should have been directed to a money market account. She found it on her own that it would give her a bigger return on her investment. On the whole, it's been much better than my old bank.
Impossible to go before work or during lunch break anymore and seems I have to spend hour there after work. Absolutely ridiculous how slow lines move & to only have average of 2 people working & a lot of times only 1 at drive thru is totally unacceptable. Sadly looking into moving all my accounts to another bank. Banking shouldn't be such an inconvenience or take such a chunk outta my day!
I love this credit union. I was in one years ago and liked it--that was why I chose to join this one. Great employees!!
Great people. Don't trust the big box banks. Think local.
