This bank is a joke, take your banking needs elsewhere. You can’t do whatever you want with your money without getting hit with a fee from them. Have bills coming out of your account? Dover Phila will charge you $28 to do so!!
Horrible customer service!! Because of a "holiday" direct deposits are late???? Ummm then why are my co workers who bank elsewhere have their direct deposit at midnight!! Guess I will be taking my 15 years of loyalty elsewhere!!!

Absolutely love this bank! The staff are always helpful and have smiling faces. Opening an account is a breeze with professional advice of the appropriate accounts needed. Honestly in car loans as to what's worth doing and payment plans etc. I've passed on several cars just because they advised me against the deal and we're looking out for my best Interests. I have car payments and business accounts for non profits and private business here. Im sure I'll add more as necessary.
Up until now this bank has been alright to me, but prior to a vacation to France I informed the bank of my whereabouts to avoid my card getting shut down, and while it worked upon my arrival it did not when I needed it most. The reason I made the trip was to see one of my favorite musicians who doesn't tour in America and the venue only accepted cards-while it worked the first night of the festival, it was shut down the second day without any notice which resulted in me not being able to purchase anything to eat or drink in ... read more
Im trying to buy a new home. Ive have accounts at this bank for years including my current mortage and car loan and have ALWAYS made on time payments. Their mortgage department wont even consider me for a new mortgage now since I was a thoughtful parent and helped my children out with school loans and vehicals to safetly transport them back and forth to school.
