Yesterday I wanted to go in and transfer some money from my one account into the other account. The teller was nice to do it over the phone, so I didn't have to go in and do the transaction and I will be doing it again on Friday
Why even have ATMs if they are always out of service?!
More tellers open than many banks around T county. And THEY GIVE YOU FREE $$ BACK AT THE END OF THE YEAR! EVERY YEAR! Friendly knowledgeable staff. Competitive loan rates for houses and vehicles as well. Your not put on hold to talk to a manager from out of state and the runaround with any concerns. They handle it HERE.
It's the first of the month for Business and you decide to close up on SATURDAY just because labor day is Monday? This was bad move. I went to different bank and I'm starting migration of our Buisness accounts to another bank. I originally stated doing business with them over 15yrs ago and the reason I had went there was the fact that they Only closed for 3 holidays per year. Have had both my business there for about 10yrs. Now they close every time the wind blows. The winds of change are blowing now.
I have received horrible customer service from tellers the last four months from the NP establishment. I’m not sure what has happened, but the customer service has went downhill fast. They claim “hassle-free financing” but the drive-thru has been more of an inconvenience with their selective services.
