We have ordered from their website previously. This was our first time in the store and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely return.
Because of traffic I walked in 10 minutes before closing. The staff was wonderful and helpful like they were in no rush.
The store is excellent and offers beautiful merchandise, but the employee Erin lacks good sales skills. I requested to try on a specific pair of shoes, but she refused to bring them to me. The service was poor overall—I had to call out to the staff several times without any response. They seemed more engaged in gossiping than actually helping customers.
