2024 and not much has changed. Pending charges are held entirely to long and sometimes don’t actually reflect directly to what you have in your account. Overdraft fees are still being taken on every single transaction that comes out of your account regardless of the size of the transaction whether it be $.99 or $300, you will still be charged a $30 overdraft fee for each transaction. The bank as an institution is great. The people they have working there are very rude. Not like someone just having a one off bad day, it happens to all of us but the teller Rosenne is rude everyday Monday through Friday. Update: The bank called me to inquire about my review asked for more details about my interactions with the teller in question. Forgot to tell her the first thing this lady says to me was "take off your sunglasses". I lost my debit card at home somewhere so I was trying to get a new one she says the machine... read more
