Went to the Dover AFB branch due to my debt card was compromised over the weekend. Staff was quick and responsive to my needs and got me a new card in under 10 minutes. Was really thinking I'd be without a card for a week at a minimum. Great job Dover Federal for protection my account and to the Dover AFB branch for such quick service
Over the past 37 years that we've banked with Dover Federal Credit Union at all its locations primarily on base it has been a Roller Coaster of Customer Service varying from one to five stars. Ive met some really great people and some I wouldn’t trust with my Grand children's Piggy Bank . There is an attitude right now that is simply unacceptable and spiraling down. I look forward to seeing them rebound and hope its very soon
