Worst customer service in banking – I have never before experienced worse customer service. Treated well in-location, but employees positively WILL NOT answer their telephones when you call. Was told loan application decision would arrive in "2 to 3 hours" and one week later, still nothing. This cost me the automobile I was attempting to purchase.
