The branch manager is extremely curt, unethical, very rude, unprofessional and condescending. I’ve been a member for years, I’ve never had anyone speak to me the way she just did. She just spoke to me as if I was her child and not a customer. This is not the first time I’ve had an unpleasant interaction with her. Do better and treat all people with dignity and respect.

Regrettably, every time I visit this branch, there is always a long wait. Today, I was told it was 1st come, 1st serve...I was the only one at the drive thru so not sure what teller was referring to. I need a bank that is convenient and can appreciate that my time is valuable.
Horrible Customer Service, disappointing ......
Most of the people who work here are lovely. However I'm close to closing my account because I'm having way too many problems with their cards. They fraud you randomly, count declined transactions toward your daily limit (so if something glitches and it shows 6 times, that counts), it freaks over third party payment apps, if you have anything done or increased they tell you it expires at 11:59pm, it doesn't, it expires at 8, and I've been complaining about that for two years.
