Established in 1958. Dover Federal Credit Union was first chartered in 1958 by a handful of Air Force and civilian workers at Dover Air Force Base. Their goal was to create a member-owned financial cooperative, democratically controlled by its members, and operated for the purpose of promoting thrift, providing credit at competitive rates, and providing other financial services to its members. Today, Dover Federal is the largest Credit Union in the State of Delaware, serving over 45,000 members.

Great Branch This branch is the best of all of the DFCU branches including the new Milford branch. This location has great employees and the location is always clean. There are always enough tellers on in the lobby and in the drive thru. The other branches are not like this. Bank at this branch.
Terrible customer service. Rude employees, they are up to par in comparison with other credit unions.
