I had a problem with my credit card and I reached out to DFCU and there were questions and ultimately it was resolved without difficulties. Thank you for quick response & taking care of the big issues. Well appreciated 👏 💐.
Did all the paper work on line which is great. Only problem was when we went to sign the papers were not in Milford branch as we had requested. Didn't take long to get them there. About 1/2 hour. But we had to go back a second time because some of the papers were not correct.
