Dover nursing home staff does a great job in meet the needs of their patient . Their jobs are not easy . I have watched the staff run from one end of their building to the other, doing their best to meet theirs needs. It’s not easy being a caretaker. All our expectations are different. Many of us see things differently, but I know how hard it is to please everyone and if we all could we would.
The staff were kind and concerned and took care of my husband during his rehabilitation stay. They were helpful to me and met with us whenever we had questions about his progress. My husband was very satisfied with the care he received.
This is a wonderful place to work.
