My mum had a live in carer provided by Dove Care. From start to finish the experience was great. They listened to my mums care needs and provided us with a suitable carer to look after her in her home. It’s was an extremely positive experience and would recommend Dove Care if your were considering live in care for a parent or friend.
It is a pleasure to deal with everybody at Dove Home Care, not only are they extremely professional but they are very caring and compassionate too, they have helped me no end to find the right person to help care for my Dad and I wish I could of found them sooner.
Dove Care has looked after my wife for another twelve months since the following review, that I now affirm in every respect. As her needs have increased, Dove carers have become even more supportive to me as well, and I continue to be impressed by their well-trained response to unexpected events.
