I had an amazing experience with them! They helped me with every aspect I needed plus more! I highly recommend them not only for their knowledge and customer service but because they go above and beyond in order to make sure you are entirely taken care of!
The doctor and staff are nice folks. However, my husband has been waiting over 7 months to actually be able to use them... Paid in full up front, I simply don't understand the TOTAL LACK of Customer Service! Returning phone messages doesn't happen, but on RARE occasion. We are beyond disappointed. We are asking for a total refund
I am grateful for Dove Hearing Center. I've been a customer of Dustin since 2014. He is always professional and patient. He can tweak my aids to keep me hearing my best, either remotely via the aids, or with house calls. If you are looking for a GREAT hearing center...check them out.
