Place is a joke, I wouldn't recommend working there or going to stay there.
This place is wonderful. Full of staff who truly care about resident cares from management to floors. They truly want what is best for the residents and staff. Also, the activities department is always keeping the residents busy with fun parties and activities.
Went into this facility about two weeks ago to enquire about having my mom come here. I spoke with a Nora who was so rude to my dad and I. She couldn't answer any of my questions. She told me I had to call someone else to ask about openings. It was clear she did not have the time of day for potential customers. We placed my mom at Twin Ports and have been happy with the care and customer service. I would not recommend this place.
