Hi, just wondering if my mother-in-law with Covid19 is dead or alive there? We can't contact you, I just heard on the ABC Insiders program that someone's mum there had not been fed for 3 days. I completed my 500 hours of Social Work placement at Doutta Galla Footscray. During my time there, I witnessed how hard the staff worked to ensure the residents' well-being, particularly the Lifestyle department and the kitchen staff. The food is amazing. I believe Doutta Galla Footscray is the perfect place for an adult seeking a multicultural home where they feel welcome and respected.

We noticed unusual behaviour with my mom. I found out accidentally that they were overdosing her with certain medication. Medication was also supposed to be given with food but they gave her medication without food. Another time, she ran short of another medication, but nurse did not inform me in time so that she could have not missed that particular medicine. There were more other incidents that happened but I’m taking her out of respite very soon as it is really worrying.
