My mother has been a resident at this facility and we are very grateful for the respectful, caring, and professional staff who look after her. The level of personal care and compassion has always been excellent, and it gives our family peace of mind knowing she is in such good hands. However, we were very disappointed to learn that the physiotherapy hours have recently been reduced. We recently put dad into Grantham Greens care. We have had nothing but positive experiences so far. The staff have been so caring and catering for dad's very high care needs. Communication with staff is great and happy to answer any questions that we have. The environment is very calm, clean and airy. Would not hesitate to recommend Grantham Green.
