My son missed the bus due to the bus picking up way earlier than the scheduled time. Apparently, my son needs to be at bus pickup 15 mins+ earlier than what’s stated on skyward. Receptionist hung up on me when I explained how early my son was waiting. I have the time on my phone with a picture I took for the first day. Our taxes pay a lot of money for Dousman transport, however the service is less than par.

Poor management. They either don’t have enough staff, or don’t train their drivers well enough. They always seem to have subs or temp drivers who don’t know the routes. My 11 year-old had to tell their drivers where to stop and how to drive their route multiple times over the past year. Then one of their drivers was arrested for OWI and child endangerment while driving their route. I’ll never let my kids ride the bus while Dousman Transpor has the contract with Hartland Schools.

Bus heading north on 67 turned onto 18 heading east and did not stop for the stop sign at the corner while turning onto 18...time 6:10 am
