Many believe that Abe Doumar, founder of Doumar's Cones & Barbecue, gave the world its first ice cream cone. Doumar was a traveling salesman retailing paperweights at the famous St. Louis World's Fair in 1904. When an ice cream seller exhausted his stock of paper dishes to hold the ice creams, he got a nearby waffle maker to roll his waffles into cones and thus invented the waffle cone. Always love going to Doumars. Don't make it there enough. Food is always delicious and staff is always attentive and friendly. Can't wait to go there again.

I love every single item on the menu grew up on it
We ordered barbecue, fries, soft drinks, and the awesome ice cream cones. All were extremely delicious and freshly made. Even though the place was swamped, our waitress, Ashley, was extremely prompt, courteous, personable and attended to all our needs with a smile. She is Great! Thanks for a wonderful experience again and this is why we return year after year manyt times!
Doumar's has always been a family favourite. We knew and love Mr. Doumar and will always love the food made. Great service, great food.
Wonderful food, great staff and that nastolgic feel of drive in dinners. Making this a regular spot for date nights with hubby. The root beer float was the best I have ever had!!!
I'm definitely coming back again with my family and the prices are great.
