Be extremely cautious with Doug’s Upholstery and Canvas. Our experience involved repeated broken commitments, surprise additional charges caused by their own mistake, and unprofessional, aggressive communication. I initially contacted them by email (which I have proof of). Instead of responding professionally, Kim called me and immediately became hostile, telling me she “didn’t appreciate me.” Doug then joined the call, and both of them spoke to me in a raised, dismissive, and confrontational manner for nearly 10 minutes. Had a great experience getting a new canvas made for my center console boat’s top tower. The service was quick, the quality of work was excellent, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Super easy team to work with. I’ll definitely be coming back for custom cushions in the future.
