Unfortunately I had to leave at least 1 star...this man should have a big fat 0. We used him for 4 years and this last year he developed what I believe are major mental health issues. He refuses to answer his phone, refuses to answer text messages. He has 100's of peoples taxes out there yet that need filing but everyone is left in limbo. I would not have had a problem going somewhere else but he would not even contact me back to come pick up my taxes
Doug does a great job. Im very happy and will continue to go to him.
