Doug and his Team are extremely friendly and professional with quick responses. I have dealt with them many times. We bought our Generator and Generlink from Doug. We also took small engine repairs to them and generlink disconnect. Doug arranged with Hydro to hook up our general link and when the time came to disconnect it, he also arranged everything. Extremely polite and friendly. I highly recommend Doug ‘s small engine. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Doug and Team.
The guy i spoke to on the phone was quite rude told him the part number i needed and he kept telling me no he needs the vin number even tho I had part number
