Our Generac went down during a power outage so we left a message for Doug at 4:30pm on a Saturday evening. He called us back 10 minutes later, was here within half an hour and had the machine running in 15 minutes. Won't ever use anyone else
Doug has continued to impress us with his ability to fix our generator after hours. He returned my call within 15 minutes and he came on a Saturday, as our generator wasn’t kicking in during a power outage. He fixed the problem temporarily and offered us two solutions to choose from. We opted to fix the problem long term and he was able to do it on the spot.
