The service from Doug and Courtney at Doug's Sanitation has always been excellent! We recently had an issue with groundwater filling up the holding tanks after the spring thaw. When I called to let them know what was happening, the driver was here that morning to empty the holdings tanks. Over the course of a week, they pumped the tanks out five times because of the excessive groundwater flow. The inspection of the holding tanks showed no cracks. Very disappointed in the business practices of Doug's Sanitation. They accidentally pumped the holding tanks of my in-laws. After the error was discovered, the driver was told by the owner to pump the sewage back into the tanks. Because my in-laws were caught off guard at the offer to put it back in the tanks, they refused not knowing if it was even legal to do that. My in-laws offered to pay 1/2 the bill, since the tanks did get pumped, however, they felt they shouldn't have to pay the full amount. This was not acceptable f... read more
