Joshua Douglas office is never available. I have called every day for a week and no one answers the phone. What is he secretary getting paid for. I have been trying to get my property released for a year now. I have paid all my fines in full for a diversion. He does not, and has not did anything to try to get me back my belongings!!!
Joshua is probably the only honest attorney I've ever dealt with, and you're going to have to be honest with him. However, he's better suited as a judge than a criminal defense attorney because he won't lower himself to the level of what passes for justice in Riley County. I believe Joshua really tried his best to defend me against the ever changing false charges that were initiated by my ex-wife and funded by her wealthy family to take my son away.
