Harmon is a Con artist, took advantage of us. Never finished our taxes, had to get what they could find and take them somewhere else, then had to find what Harmon lost. To this day never recieved a phone call back after leaving MANY messages with her secretary and on voicemail.
gave them all of my w-2s and then never heard from them again. Its been like 8 months and my taxes aren't filed. Was told it would take two weeks, despite me calling them multiple times nothing has been done and i am confident they have lost my papers.
If you need a cpa to get the job done, do Not go here. Doesn't return phone calls. Says the work is almost done then not. Blames others for it not being done.
A great Certified Public Accounting Firm with years of experience to get the job done right. I highly recommend this firm for all tour accounting needs.
Didnt complete taxes on time , did not respond to calls, hid in back room when I showed up to discuss Issues Had to demand all my files from staff, who at the time seemed very upset with her boss. Had to move to Wilcox adddedondo, they are professiona . Knowledgable and good to work with Only used Douglass Harmon one year and ran away fast Just my experience. Maybe they improved since
