This company cannot seem to keep drivers. This bus lot is always late to picking up kids and dropping them off. They have not arrived on time at the school for pick up ever. You can try calling on the phone, you'll be on hold for up to 10 minutes. They will not transfer to a supervisor, they are told not to do that. They are supposed to take a message and go from there.
