Called to get our wills redone after they did them the first time. Had to follow up twice and no one ever followed up to book an appointment. Have done a few transactions with Doug Turner he is great. Winter and team are asleep at the wheel and don’t have it together. When Winter took over the business went waaay down hill. Upon proofing the will Winter supplied originally there were all kinds of mistakes. Still waiting for an appointment over 2 months since I called. Try to keep the business in Uxbridge but no point.
