He worked with a client of mine and tends to over-promise and under-deliver. He says he’ll do something then comes back with excuses on why he didn’t do it when he said he would. The only thing I can give him credit for is that this instance happened during peak tax season. I just think he needs to set proper expectations and reply promptly instead of taking days to reply or just not replying all together.
Art does such an amazing job! He cares about you getting the money you deserve, is quick to respond, and easy to talk to. We have used his services for 4 years now and we will always stay loyal!
