They blew me off. I was prepared to purchase several gallons of the #74 latex. I called for one single simple question. I was asked which product, then got put on hold for 3 minutes. When he came back he blew me off and said they were too busy to answer my question. I didn't even get to ask my question. A simple solution using common sense would've been to ask me what my question was so they can ask the expert directly then come back and answer my question. I'll get it somewhere else.
