Unannounced, I ran into the store later in the afternoon looking for help replacing all the tile for our home build that I had previously picked out at another store (which I had been waiting weeks to receive an estimate from.) The ladies at Douglas Stephenson were SO helpful, thorough and responsive and they were able to get an estimate to me the next day. I was so impressed & I highly suggest them! Definitely plan on working with them for future projects as well!
