Simply the Best Want quality made furniture at a reasonable price? Then this is the place. Looking for a bedroom set for my daughter, we traveled all over the SCV plus over the hill and could not find what we had in mind, So I stopped in, they aren't that big so I figured they wouldn't have it. Guess what? I was wrong! They had a sleigh bed with matching armoire, night stand, dresser and a computer desk. I was so mad that I hadn't stopped here first. Wonderful staff and great delivery.
worst furniture store ever!!!! I will never shop, or recommend this store to anyone. They not only have horrible customer service, their furniture is poorly made as well. They were extremely unprofessional. The manager yelled at me as well as the stock manager. Just a horrible place to shop!!!
Terrible customer service I had a very unpleasant experience at Douglas Furniture. I recently bought several custom pieces of furniture at Douglas. The customer service was satisfactory until a custom piece arrived and it was NOT what I had ordered. The salesperson made NO attempt to settle the dispute or take any responsibility for the mistake that he made. They flatly refused to compensate me in any way.
