The electrician was on time, great, and very courteous. He was very open to questions and explained everything thoroughly. He was also very careful not to track dirt into our house from the outside.
We just bought an old house with outdated electrical that needed to be brought up to code to make the home safer. I have used Douglas Electrical Contracting many times and they never disappoint. They come out quick for an estimate and have quick turn around dates for the service. Eric and Robert went above and beyond to remedy and diagnose any issues. They were kind, professional, and cleaned up when they were finished. I will always use Douglas Electrical Contracting for all my electrical needs.

On time, professional, courteous and installed water heater in the time promised. Explained options and did not try to force me to make a decision on buying new or repair. Fantastic customer service by the two technicians who came to our home to perform the installation. Highly recommend.
I was able to call and schedule an appointment the same day. Joel came on time and was very nice and professional. They were able to estimate and install the necessary circuit and outlet on the basement in the same appointment. Overall great service.
