Terrible customer service. Need to ask a question, email address doesn’t work. On hold first time, caller 24, 47 minutes before call dropped at number 3. Second time, caller 30, 50 minutes and at number 6. Have to take a half day off to get a 2 minute question answered!!! Update. Total 1 hour 48 minutes on hold. Answered question under a minute. Bridget? was great, just wish you could get to someone quicker.
