Worst Customer Service I’ve ever received from a transport company. Sent my driver to Sydney (A 3 hour trip for us)early to avoid the traffic as I needed my pallets early. Driver was told we won’t serve you until after 9AM! Absolutely ridiculous. Even Toll will still serve from 8 and if we get there early they will help us because they know how far we need to drive. When your service is worse then Toll you know you have a problem. Avoid this company at all costs!
One star for somewhat doing their job. Driver insisted his truck cannot fit in the driveway to loading dock. Insisted he drops the pallet at the shop front. I had to drop all my tasks and get a few boys to unload the pallet by hand. Maybe you should pay me the driver's paycheck for having me do his job for him?
