Working with Doug was easy and comfortable. He is clearly very experienced and skilled at his job and was consistently friendly and helpful. Doug is your guy for lending! My husband and I were not the easiest clients. We had him re-work the numbers 8 different ways to see our options, and he was patient, knowledgeable, transparent, clear, flexible and efficient. The platform to pay the mortgage is very user friendly, and gives you a breakdown of what your money is doing with each payment, and what making extra payments to principle will do for your loan. Do yourself a favor and use Doug!
