Beware!!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Took an item in for repair and did not receive a call from them. After 30 days I called to inquire and was told they gave the item away because they had tried calling me 3 times,( Doug had somehow wrote my phone # incorrectly!) Does this not constitute theft or fraud? I told him I wanted the item back and went there to retrieve it. Doug said he should charge me for storage and wouldn't take any ownership for the fact that he had been calling the wrong phone # all along! I guess the old saying... read more

Purchased a 2019 Norco Storm 1. Amazing bike for everything, it is great on roads and on trails with its adjustable shocks. The bumper seat is super smooth, goes up and down like butter. I believe they gave me $100 off because it is such an expensive bike, now I’m hoping it’ll last me 20 years. If you’re hoping to go to a run down bike shop where everything is cheap and half broken, this isn’t the place for you. Come here with a bit of money and you will walk out with quality product and a great experience.
