We bought a sofa a couple of years ago and we were noticing some sagging in the one cushion. The men came to fix it and were so professional and knew what they were doing! It was fixed in no time and they were on their way. No other furniture company in my years of buying furniture stands behind their products like Douds. This place is HUGE! With so much to offer, Sales person DID NOT hover which was absolutely appreciated!
My wife and I have been dealing with Doud's for several years now. Excellent customer service,, Dana is very good to work with and is attentive to every detail from ordering to delivery. Highly recommend including Doud's when shopping for home furnishings.
