Wonderful design experience working with Heather at Douds! The Plumville, PA, location was massive - lots of gorgeous options for every style. Heather helped us to design our room - with sectional, chair, rug, mirror, and lighting choices. She measured and ordered, and everything came promptly and as expected. The quality of the fabrics is beautiful. Delivery service was great. Will be strongly recommending Heather and Douds to friends who are looking to refresh/redesign any part of their home! Would give 6 stars if I could!

Erin is not only a friend of mine but was such a huge help in decorating our home. She was very patient and her knowledge of design is impeccable. She has a perfect eye for knowing what goes together and how it all fits in your space. I would highly recommend Erin to help anyone decorate their home. I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done. We absolutely love our new living room and dining chairs and bench. Thank you again. ❤️
I expected to have a professional and smooth experience ordering custom window valances and hardware from Douds , but that’s not what happened. After two months of back and forth communication and two separate measurement appointments, Douds decided that, “Our policy is to only hang draperies we provide and we do not have scaffolding which this would require. The kitchen (arch valances) would be more complicated than our workroom cares to attempt.” Why did they waste my time? They could have expressed their “policy” upon my ... read more
