We absolutely love Douds furniture. Dana always provides us with excellent service along with a wonderful personality. Always a first class experience .
Horrible, never buy from them! We went with the intention of purchasing the high end Hancock and Moore brand sofas. We got talked out of it by the manager, saying we shouldn’t spend so much money on good furniture when we have young children. So we went with a still expensive option, a more “family friendly” option, but got two for the price of one. We were also told delivery is usually around 7 days. So we make the purchase. I had a fantastic experience with Douds Furniture from start to finish. Erin really took the time to understand my taste in decor and helped me choose the perfect bedroom set—something that fits my style perfectly. The delivery team was equally impressive. They went above and beyond by carefully moving out my old furniture and setting up the new pieces with great attention to detail. Have been there over the last year or so, never the same employees...turnover is a mess there! Furniture is nice, but mark-up is REALLY high...I guess this new tariff scene we are in will make it even more expensive..
