Do not fall for their business model of using the monthly fee you pay to operate their cost and use the rest for their own profit. They are not litigators. The firm assigned an intake attorney, sent daily emails and then fell off the face of the earth. A simple apology that your caseload was too high or any other normally accepted excuse would have been appreciated.
