This software is horrible the customer service is non existent- Examples Signing in and out: shouldn’t require more than 3 steps, passwords shouldn’t be long, you should be able to see passwords, changing passwords is impossible, customer service won’t call back Inter face: -is greyed out -there is no contrast -not intuitive it can take up upwards of 16 steps to register an item for sale in to the “cart” -there is a break in communication between software and iPad, the key board isn’t intuitive and there is no 10 key -the re... read more
HORRIBLE and Incredibly unresponsive. Takes weeks to get support on technical issues. Called and went through every single part of their phone tree and cannot get a single response.
