A nightmare
They are late in submitting the files. If they cannot do their work on time or are busy, they should tell their customers so they can find somewhere else to declare their taxes before end of April instead of letting customers pay for the fees online and not have the service done on time.
These guys are great! For the last 3 years I have done my taxes with them. No issues and good price. Do not got go h n r block they are useless.
