I called Double O bike shop today, looking for a pedal axle for my ebike. I provided the Bike Manufacturer, Model, and part number as well as a website with the picture and specs of the part. I was hoping to have him look at the picture/part number/specs to see if they might have one in stock. It didn't seem like an unreasonable request, right? Boy was I wrong!
