If I can give zero, I will give negative stars. This business is insanely the worst. Did not ship my car for several weeks, letting my car sit outside in the parkade in the winter with snowing and raining. No apology, no explanation. I did not find out this until numerous following ups and was told it is on the way by lies, eventually I was told it was not shipped yet. No need to mention I had to rent a car for temporary use. And no compensation for this. The WORST!

First of all, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They were suppose to ship my car from Montreal to Kitchener in 1-2 days (according to their email) and it took 11 days. First of all, this company is run by one man called Jermain. You're lucky if you can get a hold of him. The other employee that is just there to answer calls will always tell you that he will call you back, he WILL NEVER CALL YOU BACK.
