I had the most wonderful experience at Double Jump Games, and I absolutely have to highlight Ariel, who made my visit truly special. As a newcomer to retro gaming, I brought in my PS2 that I randomly bought off Facebook Marketplace, and they tested it out for free! Ariel was beyond knowledgeable and took the time to make sure everything worked perfectly. She also checked different discs to ensure the reader was fine, which was such a great gesture.
