Jerky these days is TERRIBLE, companies are making TENDER and MOIST jerky to reach a broader demographic and for me that's an ABOMINATION... DJJ is what jerky should be... 2 components, consistency and taste.. the consistency is dry and tough but not so tough you can't chew it... and the TASTE....OML the flavor of this jerky is ON POINT!!! 10/10 5☆s WILL DEFINITELY BE BUYING MORE
