They just did the 2023 MCPS school photos and they have a lot of room to improve (awk poses, poor lighting, and didn't encourage the children to relax/smile). Disappointing results and I wish the school went with Lifetouch. 2 stars as their website was somewhat easy to navigate.
Double Exposure just did MCPS photos for the 2023/2024 school year and we are very disappointed. The lighting is poorly done, photos are taken too closely, and the kids look extremely uncomfortable. These aren’t photos I feel good about putting in our home or sharing with family. Overall the photos demonstrate a lack of care to help kids shine in their photos, and a lack of professional ability to help kids pose well and take a decent photo. The company’s response to emailed feedback was short and unprofessional as well.
