Shoutout to Savannah Welborn at Double D Ranch wear store in the Fort Worth Stockyards! We had a quick trip to the area a few weeks ago and had one of the best shopping experiences! I was looking for a particular pair of Old Gringo boots and with Savannah’s assistance, ended up buying two different pairs, and a gorgeous matching leather bag. Return shopper here at one of my favorite stores in the Stockyards. Double D Ranch has beautiful merchandise for the country girl at heart. I walked in yesterday and fell in love with the El Jefe Old Gringo boots on the mannequin. When I was told they weren’t available for purchase I was clearly disappointed as they were my size and fit perfectly. Today I returned and happened to meet the manager Leann. Very tasteful western store. The salesladies always look fantastic. Unique western clothing for women.
customer service was terrible! I grabbed a jacket and they took it out of my hands and told me I couldn’t try it on and began to give me looks and not let me sit down. Never coming back.
