Dropped our boat off last October needing repairs that were going to be covered by insurance. In January they said that it was ready they just wanted to wait until the weather warmed up (because it was winterized) to check it before we picked it up. In March we called to check on it because we hadn't heard from them. They asked if the insurance check had cleared and it had so they said "Great!
